We are pleased to announce our latest project with Chelsea Medical & Aesthetic Academy, a high-end medical training academy based in the heart of West London, offering aesthetic training courses for medical professionals.
Our team was tasked with creating a modern, user-friendly website that effectively communicates Chelsea Medical & Aesthetic Academy’s expertise and showcases their extensive domain portfolio.
Our Approach
Chelsea Medical & Aesthetic Academy wanted to establish a website to attract new delegates for their aesthetic training courses and study programmes.
The lack of website was hindering their ability to reach new customers and provide information to potential delegates, and as a result, valuable time was being wasted on repeatedly providing the same information to customers via telephone and social media pages.
We started by conducting thorough research on the industry, competitors, and target audience to understand what sets Chelsea Medical & Aesthetic Academy apart from other course providers. We then collaborated closely with the client to design a website that not only looked visually appealing but also functioned seamlessly.
Challenges
We were presented with a few challenges which were important to address whilst creating their website:
- Social Proof: As the Academy was in its early stages, social proof such as reviews, videos, and photos were not available. To get around this, a plan was created to gradually introduce social proof into the website as more content became available.
- Logo: An existing logo had already been created and implemented into physical media. This was adapted on the website in order to keep branding consistent.
- Colour Scheme: Despite an existing logo, a brand colour scheme and style was not yet established. A brand colour scheme was created based on their existing logo and physical media to ensure consistency.
- Data Protection & GDPR: As the Academy provides both courses and medical treatments, data privacy is of upmost importance. For models, medical data is stored on a platform specifically created for the medical industry to ensure the highest level of data security. All data, including website, is hosted in the United Kingdom and exceeds GDPR compliance.
Solutions
To address these challenges, we worked closely with Chelsea Medical & Aesthetic Academy to develop a complete website solution. Here are some of the key services we provided:
- Web Design: We created a brand new website for Chelsea Medical & Aesthetic Academy, featuring a creating a modern, user-friendly design that is optimised for conversions.
- Brand Identity: A brand identity and colour scheme had not been established. We worked with the Academy to create a colour scheme to match the existing logo, physical media, and materials.
- Graphic Design: The Academy had an existing vertical logo, however it was not compatible with the website design. The logo was retained, but adapted to be horizontal where needed.
- SEO: We implemented strategies to ensure high search engine rankings, including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
- Content Creation: We developed a content marketing strategy that aligned with the business goals and target audience of Chelsea Medical & Aesthetic Academy. High-quality, engaging content that is optimised for search engines and social media platforms was also implemented into the website.
