The Client

DOCTOR FACE is a leading medical aesthetic clinic offering a range of non-invasive surgery, aesthetic treatments, and courses for medical professionals.

With a team of experienced professionals and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care, DOCTOR FACE is dedicated to helping individuals feel confident and beautiful in their own skin at their London and Cardiff clinics.

Project Overview

We were engaged by DOCTOR FACE to establish a new website for existing and potential clients seeking aesthetic treatments, and to provide an easy method for customers to book and pay for treatments.

Their existing website was visually unappealing and lacked functionality, so it was important to provide a complete revamp of their website design and brand style. Likewise, providing better information on their website alongside appointment scheduling would address a major pain point for customers, leading to a substantial reduction in customer service enquiries.

Challenges

We were presented with a few challenges which were important to keep in mind whilst creating their website:

Social Proof: We adopted a gradual approach to incorporating social proof as it became available. As content was generated, the website was progressively populated with reviews, videos, and photos, demonstrating the value and impact of DOCTOR FACE.
Colour Scheme: Despite an existing logo, a brand colour scheme and style was not yet established. A brand colour scheme was created based on their existing logo and physical media to ensure consistency.
Logo: Their old logo was visually unappealing and was created in one orientation. An external graphic designer (engaged separately from Webfluencer) was briefed by DOCTOR FACE to create a logo based on the brand style we established.
Data Protection & GDPR: As DOCTOR FACE provides both courses and medical treatments, data privacy is of upmost importance. All data is hosted in the United Kingdom and exceeds GDPR compliance.

Solutions

To address these challenges, we worked closely with DOCTOR FACE to develop a complete website solution. Here are some of the key services we provided:

Web Design: DOCTOR FACE's brand-new website boasts a modern and user-friendly design, expertly crafted to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
Brand Identity: DOCTOR FACE partnered with an independent graphic designer to develop a new logo that would embody the brand style established by Webfluencer, addressing the shortcomings of the previous logo.
SEO: With the aim of securing top search engine visibility, we employed a strategic SEO approach that encompassed keyword analysis and on-page optimization.
Content Creation: We implemented a content strategy focused on delivering high-quality, engaging content optimised for both search engines and social media, to effectively reach and captivate DOCTOR FACE's target audience.
